Offline / air-gapped install

Everything — Docker, all images, compose, and the installer — is inside the bundle. The server needs no internet and nothing preinstalled.

Download offline bundle (.tar.gz)

Copy the file to your server, then extract it:

tar xzf argevon-1.0.0-offline.tar.gz
cd argevon-1.0.0-offline

Run the installer (it sets up Docker, loads the images, and generates your DB password):

```
Open https://your-server, sign in with admin / admin (you'll set a new password). Free for up to 5 devices.

Internet-connected server (faster)

One command — installs Docker if it's missing, pulls the images, and starts Argevon. Tiny download.

Prefer the raw file? Download docker-compose.yml and run docker compose up -d.

Requirements: a fresh, dedicated Linux host — a clean Ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04 LTS (or similar), x86_64, systemd, with nothing else on it. Ports 80 and 443 must be free, or Argevon won't start. ~2 vCPU / 4 GB RAM, 20 GB+ disk. Optional device ports: 69/udp (TFTP), 514/udp (syslog), 162/udp (SNMP traps). The offline bundle includes Docker, so nothing needs to be preinstalled; the one-command path installs Docker for you and puts everything in /opt/argevon.
