Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Argevon, self-hosted network monitoring software provided by iSupport4U Inc. By purchasing, installing, or using Argevon, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Argevon, a self-hosted network monitoring software product ("Argevon," the "Software," or the "Service"), provided by iSupport4U Inc. ("iSupport4U," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using Argevon, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1 The Software
Argevon is self-hosted software. You install and run Argevon on infrastructure that you own or control. iSupport4U does not host the Software, and your monitoring data remains on your own systems. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to the network data, device data, or monitoring data processed by your Argevon installation.
2 Licenses and Plans
Argevon is provided under an annual subscription license. Subscription plans are tiered by the maximum number of monitored devices permitted:
- Free — up to 5 monitored devices
- Starter — up to 50 monitored devices
- Professional — up to 250 monitored devices
- Enterprise — up to 1,000 monitored devices
- Custom — for environments exceeding 1,000 devices, by separate written agreement
Each paid subscription entitles you to install and operate one Argevon instance up to the device limit of your plan, to receive software updates released during your subscription term, and to receive support at the level associated with your plan. Your license is enforced by a license key we issue to you; tampering with, circumventing, or attempting to exceed the licensed device limit or term is a breach of these Terms.
3 License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, iSupport4U grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes, up to the device limit and for the duration of your subscription term.
You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software except as expressly permitted in writing; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) circumvent or tamper with license enforcement, the device limit, or the subscription term; or (e) use the Software to provide a commercial monitoring service to third parties unless you hold a plan or written agreement expressly permitting it (for example, an MSP arrangement).
4 Subscription Term, Renewal, and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are sold on an annual term and renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled, at the then-current price for your plan. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, and you retain access for the remainder of the term you have paid for.
5 Expiration, Grace Period, and Read-Only Mode
We do not abruptly disable monitoring when a subscription lapses. Instead:
- Active. While your subscription is current, the Software operates fully, up to your plan's device limit.
- Grace period. If your subscription lapses (for example, a renewal payment fails or is missed), the Software continues to monitor and alert normally for a grace period of thirty (30) days, during which it will display renewal reminders. Your monitoring is not interrupted during the grace period.
- Read-only mode. After the grace period ends without renewal, the Software enters read-only mode: active polling and alerting stop, but you retain access to the interface and your existing historical data, and you may renew at any time to restore full operation. We do not delete your data as a result of lapse.
- Reactivation. Renewing at any point issues a new license and restores full monitoring.
6 Fees and Payment
Fees are stated at the time of purchase and are charged through our authorized payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Applicable taxes are determined and handled by the merchant of record. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
7 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, paid subscriptions are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase. See the Refund Policy for full details.
8 Support and Updates
During an active subscription, you are entitled to software updates we release and to support at the level associated with your plan. We do not guarantee any particular feature, update cadence, or response time except as expressly stated for your plan. Support does not include on-site services, custom development, or third-party product issues unless separately agreed.
9 Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) the infrastructure on which you install and run Argevon, including its security, availability, backups, and maintenance; (b) configuring the Software appropriately for your environment; (c) the credentials and access controls within your installation; (d) ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and with your own obligations to third parties; and (e) the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
10 Intellectual Property
The Software, including all associated intellectual property, is and remains the property of iSupport4U and its licensors. These Terms grant you a license to use the Software; they do not transfer any ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL DETECT, REPORT, OR PREVENT ANY PARTICULAR NETWORK EVENT, OUTAGE, FAILURE, OR SECURITY INCIDENT. ARGEVON IS A MONITORING AID; IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF NETWORK AVAILABILITY OR PERFORMANCE, AND YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN INFRASTRUCTURE AND INCIDENT RESPONSE.
12 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL iSUPPORT4U BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. iSUPPORT4U'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSupport4U from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Software in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, including by circumventing license enforcement or exceeding your device limit. Upon termination for breach, your right to use the Software ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
15 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
